In August 2011 The Aspen Times published an article on the change in the County land use code on agricultural buildings, quoting John Clark and Jan Martin.  John, Jan, Holly McLain and Frieda Wallison served on the Caucus' Code Committee.  The link to the article is:

We can all be justifiably proud of the work done by our committees.  Two breakthroughs in one week is impressive.
