We are so fortunate to have such magical unspoiled valleys, and we appreciate our neighbors who continue to be good caretakers of the land. The Snowmass Capitol Creek Caucus continues to preserve and protect the rural character and scenic beauty of both valleys by reviewing land use applications, and making recommendations to the County. We could not do it without your generous donations!
You have to options to make a donation. Either paper form by mailing a check to our P.O. Box, or going through Alpine Bank's secure donations page, which uses direct bank transfer or ACH.

How Donations Work
Donations received will be used exclusively for costs directly related to the implementation of our Mission Statement. Personal information provided to the Snowmass Capitol Creek Caucus will be kept confidential, and will not be sold, rented, or given to anyone without the express, written consent of the donor. All funds, net of direct costs, will accrue to the SnowCap Caucus. No fees, commissions, etc. will be applied to funds received. All contributions are tax deductible. EIN #84-1230969
To file donations on your taxes, you generally must itemize deductions on Schedule A (Form 1040), keeping detailed records like bank statements or charity receipts for all gifts, and obtain written acknowledgment from the charity for cash donations of $250 or more, noting any benefits received in return. For non-cash gifts over $500, you'll also need to file IRS Form 8283.
